Cumberland Youth & Family Services – Journeys Meal Opportunity
Cumberland Youth & Family Services is seeking volunteers to provide a weekly Wednesday night meal for their Journeys program. This meaningful ministry serves 11 resilient single-parent families and their children through classes focused on budgeting, parenting, and career/education skills.
Volunteers will provide a family-style dinner for 11 adults and 18 children, helping create a warm, welcoming environment that models healthy family meals and connection.
Meal Details:
When: Wednesday evenings
Drop-off Time: 6:30 PM
Location: Stricklen Hall (on Barnard Street, west of 909 Greenlee)
Early drop-off can be arranged in advance if needed
This is a recurring volunteer opportunity and a wonderful way to support families in our community in a tangible, impactful way.
